Music is a gift, I think, and kids pick it up so much easier. I find that it helps create a common language with them, too. My kids at the club tend to have a bigger age range so sometimes I need that help more than others. It's a lot easier to get a 7 year old to think you're cool than a 14 year old. That's when they start teaching us.
No, there's nothing as amazing as working with kids. It puts everything into better perspective.
