Petra? Do you know your father's work schedule? I've just received word from my mother that my father will be coming home on leave for this month.

...all things considered, and especially now that things are quieting down, I think it's time we introduced our families to one another.

He's supposed to be arriving on the 15th. He'll be here for about six weeks before his next deployment.

I know you too well, yes. But, I'm sure you'd agree, if we're going to keep moving forward as a couple, at some point, our families should get to know each other. It'll just be the five of us. We can host them at our place so we have a little privacy.
