Okay, the first hour of this was cute, but really do you know how hard it is to tell your commanding officer you were late to a drill because you had to answer an email? Thanks for the K.P. Duty. What is this anyway, some kind of joke?

He's not my blood cousin, at least, not in this lifetime. But, mythologically-speaking, he's a son of Poseidon and I'm a daughter of Zeus. Therefore, cousins.

Oh, I totally get it.

I really need to study all the pantheons people have mentioned so I can stop asking people stupid questions. It's a little intimidating looking at Greek stuff tho.

It can get a little overwhelming, I understand. But the great thing about the Greek myths is that they come in wonderfully digestible chunks! Even our great big sagas are very episodic in nature--they weren't meant to be done all in one sitting.

Weren't they supposed to be plays of some such? Not like there was a lot of books back then.
