This is one of the stranger message boards I've seen. I'm not quite sure what it's all about. All I know was I was getting the shit spammed out of me, and getting on here seems to have made it stop. I don't know who signed me up for this, but I hope they didn't sign me up for any others. I'd hate to have to change over emails because of too much spam, I've had my current email for a long time now.

BTW, it's kind of cool that your group picked you out right away and could tell you who you were. It cuts back on the remembering time.

I think I do know it's for real. But there's still another part of my brain that's telling me I'm one big step closer to getting locked up in the looney bin.

We'd never let you get locked up. There would be a jailbreak, honest, hand to heart. At the very least your group would come to get you. Like I said, there's good people here. Just don't let yourself get too thrown. Oh, and if I start to ramble or annoy you just tell me to shut up and it'll be cool.

So what else can you tell me about all this?

Well, since I'm feeling better than I was a couple days ago, sure but I'm a little new to all this, too, so some of this is guessing or what others told me. Basically, it comes down to the fact that, congratulations, you're a godling. All of those stories, all of those religions - they were all real and are still real and it's us. Which is kinda weird to think about. Especially if you grew up, you know, being that religion. Kind of. My dad's still a practicing Hindu so you can bet I haven't told him yet. XD

BTW, how much do you watch the news and where are you?

I'm in California. I don't watch a lot of news. Why?

Because a while back there were some attacks on some of the others but that seems to have all gone quiet now. I haven't had any problems, for sure, except this Gaia thing and that is not really something we can do anything about. Unfortunately. So I just wanted to make sure you stayed safe!

I've only been here since the fall. I'm a freshman at UCLA.

I like it here alright. It's a hell of a lot better than Nebraska. It has been a big adjustment.

What's Nebraska like? I've never been. Actually, I haven't been out of California too much at all.

Oh yeah? Sweet! I'm hoping to go premed, so I've been loading up on the sciences so far.

Been keeping busy with school, but my roomie's good at getting me out and making me be social. Getting out to bars and clubs seeing the sights.

He's a good guy, puts up with all my quirks and weirdness. And I do get my breaks from the books too. Gone to some concerts, gone to some things on campus. The beaches, of course. There was really nothing to do back home, and I mean nothing, so I'm still working on figuring out what to do with myself here.

You'll figure it out. You're in LA, man. There's plenty to do. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy and all that stuff.
