I don't think speculating on the "who" is really going to help at this point. All we can do now is be ready. Though I think two things are guaranteed: One, this will be very public, and two: we're going to get a lot more human attention.

Fortunately, being king, I think having a military at my disposal is expected of me, but... yes, I'm sure there will have to be statements prepared and meetings to be had. The Pentagon and FCF won't be pleased, I'm sure.
