My dreams. Only there. Pieces of things, but none of it means anything to me. As far as odd things? I got this jackass telling me that my mother is in New York and pretty much everything from the email until this point has been pretty goddamned odd.

I knew I should have stayed in the hospital.

You say these names like I'm supposed to pull some recognition out of them. Apollo is a Greek god, that much I know. Who is this other person supposed to be? And if this guy is a good man, then he can back off. feel like my brain is on fire

Not much to tell. Nothing concrete and nothing that means anything to me. Flashes of things. A boat. A guy with one eye, who I'm told is Odin. Viking things.

You'll get used to them soon, although the Greeks tend to be a brash lot from what I've seen. But it might behoove you to take a little time to at least get the Wiki versions of the myths to give you some base knowledge. Frigg is the wife of Odin, and the female leader of the Aesir. You know. Your mother. In the absence of Odin, the Norse look to her for guidance.

At least it's a start. Most of us weren't born with a full set of memories. I earned mine as a child, listening to my grandmother's stories--stories I will pass on to my son and stepdaughter. Things will start to make sense over time. The best thing you can do is not try to fight them. They're a part of who you once were and who you are now--and knowing both will help you feel whole again.

Really don't like mythology, so I never really paid attention. I'm sure my mom has a million books on it, but it's not my thing. If and when I get to that point, I'm sure I'll be thrilled. Right now, I really just kind of feel like my mind has given up and someone really thinks it's funny to screw with me.

Individually, we're all just one person. I was a fertility goddess best known for who I was married to back in the day. But we all have a part to play in this. Baldr... was the most beloved of our Aesir. He was strong, beautiful and honorable. The sweetest man who ever lived. He had a way of bringing people together, of brightening every room he entered. And... you knew things, just as I did. Your worth is... immeasurable.

It's difficult to explain just why, but Baldr was special. Everyone grieved so terribly when we lost you. You'll find your place again. I have faith in you.

I'm a professional pastry chef. I own a small bakery franchise. Some people are cake people and other people are pie people, but virtually everyone has at least one kind of cookie that they love.

Sugar, hmm? Very classic. That was one of my first cookie recipes. Are you a plain man, or do you prefer them decorated?
