Spam blocker, my ass Not entirely sure I should be posting on a message board that an email with the aura of a Hitchcock film surrounding it sent me to, but I'm kind of afraid of what will happen if I don't. wouldn't be the first What is this all about?

No, it isn't a guy thing. It's a battle thing. Has nothing to do with gender. I can tell you this: That echo chamber inside your head, where everything keeps repeating over and over, and while you keep reliving the nightmare you keep asking what you could have done differently--what you should have done differently... It just keeps getting louder and more awful until you let it out and let something different in.

They never completely go away. But they are quieter with someone there who can understand. The hardest part is not blaming yourself.
