Lincoln, Nebraska. I got a chance to visit him last month, and it seems a fairly quiet city overall. A riot is definitely out of character for the people there.
Nimue is in Seattle. I'm actually in Bellevue, Washington, which is just a short drive east of there--about 15 to 20 minutes if traffic is good.
