Hey guys, I'm pretty sure I'm ready to run initial beta tests on the combat simulator. Anyone up for being my guinea pigs?

Combat. We've been under physical attack before, and so we've been slowly mounting defenses in case it should happen again. And, we're pretty far spread out, so I've been working on a training tool to help get everyone kinda on the same page for techniques and scenarios. It's not an ideal solution, I know, but better than nothing.

I'll take a copy anyway, because I'm curious, but it would be pretty sweet to see something integrated with the Kinnect or similar software.

Listen, I don't know much about tech, but if you ever need someone for martial arts, I'm your guy.

Haven't gotten that far yet--I generally program for PC games, but it's not that far a stretch to alter the platform.

Every bit helps. Simulations only get us so far. At some point, someone's going to have to take over training for real, not just with pushing buttons.

Maybe you could do something with a webcam. It's similar to the Kinnect, right?
